Hi,

I have the Sony Ericsson X10 and I am unable to use Google Play on my computer as it keeps telling me I haven't used the white bag on my phone - I haven't got one and can't seem to find where I can download this. Can anyone help please, I'm seriously frustrated!! Thanks

With the handset, try finding an Icon called Play Store or Market as one of these will allow you to access the applications for download. If none of these are present this would mean that the country this handset was intended for does not allow these applications.
