help! youtube videos not playing

any of the video in youtube are not playing on my phone

I had tried to root the phone but was successfull until the superuser part
after that i was not able to do.

then also the youtube videos were not playing + gtalk not working so i used the SE software to flash it back to factory settings but now gtalk is working but youtube not.
