Cry My phone won't start up on ICS xperia x8
pls i need some guide to re-install my xperia X8....
i skip to flash my kernal....so can any one teach me if my phone in off mode can fix it or not....i already try PC companion but it can't....

do this

1. download flashtool
2. download stock rom (2.1 eclair)
3. download pc companion
4. charge your phone 100%
5. boot on your recovery
wipe cache data/ dalvic
6.shutdown the device
7.open flash tool and find your firmware (you can click and drag) follow on screen instruction
