Default 2 ?? - screenshot & text tone

After updating my Xperia Go to 4.0.4 I do not have the options to take a screenshot when I hold the On/off button down. I had that option when it was running on 2.3.

Is it possible on 4.0.4 in another way ??

I receive a text from my bank every time there has been a withdrawal from my account, but they have change the way they send the message to me.

Earlier they send the message from the number 50190 (DK) and then is was easy to ad my cashier tone to that contact (my bank).

But now they send the message from a name instead of a number. Now it only says that it is from "Kontoinfo" and now I cant have the cashier tone whenever I receive a text from them. I can only hear my standard tone. I´ve tried to make a contact with that name, but it does´nt work.

And I dont get an option, when I press and hold on the text from my bank.

Is there a way (eg a program) that can help me ??

Under ICS you take a screenshot by pressing power + volume-down at the same time.
You have to get the timing spot on though, I needed a few tries before I stopped either switching it off or turning the volume down to zero!
