I'll start this off, though since I'm on the phone its just a link to my home screen.

Mines a stock pic, with very little change from the standard icon config. I won't post a pic yet, it's well boring.

I've started making some wallpapers in preparation for getting the phone. With my iPhone it was easy as it was a 640 x 960 display. It's not impossible, but getting good pictures that have a decent enough resolution to look good on a 720 x 1280 display is trickier.

I am no technical person so have just created wallpapers from photo's.

The three I go between are the background to the playstation app, Sydney Harbour Bridge and a beach on Sentosa Island, Singapore.

Another Launcher such as Golauncher perhaps? I know you can make your own icons for it, not sure if there is a theme with them.

Yeah I have followed this thread A LOT and seen those similar text icons so I had to get them for myself. LauncherPro and Minimal White Icons did the trick (check the description for a link to download the icons). Really like the end result.

People use another launcher that supports custom icons, GoLauncher, Launcher Pro are popular.
