Sad Change Splash Screen On Xperia S?

Hi, when i start my sony xperia s (LT26i) i get the sony logo, then a quick xperia animation and then a T-Mobile Static splash screen for about 5 seconds, then the phones on, anyway, i dont like the the splash screen, how do i remove it, i cant file a way to access the system files, so can i remove and replace with something else?

Usually you can, I think flash tool might do it, though I don't know of animations about to replace it.

Happy Found A Way!

okay, after a bit of searching around a found this page :

basically it shows you how to flash your xperia s and debrand it, uit comes with all the links you need, also, debranding should allow me to upgrade to ICS sooner, i'm about to try now...
