Default Cant drag and drop itunes stuff

Just got the Xperia T, cracking phone. Gave up on Apple iphone 5 for it. Anyway, every phone I've had before, usually Android. When connecting the phone my mac picks up the extra storage device and you can drag and drop into notifications for example so you can choose other tones. Normally it says something like press here so your computer can see the phone. In notifications menu it says Internal storage and SD card connected to PC, although it is a mac. But nothing happens.

Tried Mac Bridge, which initially looked hopeful, but it wont let me drop files into any of the folders. All I can do is go through their itunes sync.

Any ideas? Hopefully all that made sense, Thanks.
