Does anyone know how to transfer my iTunes onto my Sony Xperia T?

As many details as possible would be very helpful as I'm not the most technically advanced person out there.

The best way I have found so far is to use the Sony Bridge on the Mac, or the PC Companion Suite, it syncs what you have in the iTunes in terms of albums and playlists etc.

You can get either of these applications from sonymobile.com in the support section.
