Default dstv streaming wont work

cant get my dstv mobile streaming to work

i go to the app and the it loads a web page saying unsupported connection saying im not on 3g or and so although i am on 3g.

when i say continue anyway it goes to a page showing my phone is not set up correctly for wap browsing saying i must download the settings

although i can go on the net.

i download the setting using the phone and it says installed successfully]

but still not working and when a try *123*13# (mtn carrier) i get i message back saying not supported?

There are a lot of people complaining it doesn't work. If your cable operator one of the following:

Kenya: Safaricom
Tanzania: Vodacom
South Africa: MTN, Vodacom
Zambia: Zamtel

It won't work for any other operator.
