Default TB when going from ICS to JB
Can I restore apps and data using TB when I go from ICS to JB or should I just restore apps not data?

Sure can. Just make sure to not restore system apps. Also, apps + data is fine too.

It can potentially bork things......Just make a nandroid first prior to restoring with tb.
