Default [APP] Fix For AOSP 1.6 EVDO Problem (APK)

Ok i finished it, and it SHOULD work. i need beta testers.

This app just runs the shell command to fix the evdo problem after wifi connects and disconnects. just run it, and its done. (even using the shell to run this command takes some seconds to turn EvDo back on, run and let sit for 10 to 15 seconds. It is a Band-Aid fix, but faster than a reboot.)

Here is the APK, signed and ready to go. if anyone could please wifi on/off and lose evdo, then try this, if it works i can whip up a widget real quickly.

remember:
this will ONLY work on rooted CDMA heros running AOSP-1.6
this will ONLY fix the EVDO error AFTER IT HAPPENS
obviously you must allow the app root access to write to /dev/qmi0

once again: this is a beta. I do not have WIFI where I am right now, so I cannot duplicate the problem to test it. As far as I can test, it works.

PLEASE post in this thread or PM me with your success/failure.

*** UPDATE ***
new version works perfectly for me (found some wifi to play with)
i will work on a widget later. it's valentine's day.

Wish I could try it. I have WiFi here, but no EVDO lol.

Worked perfectly! Let us know if it gets on the Market, and I will be glad to buy a copy!

if you installed non-market, please UNINSTALL and install from market for the newest version
