Default Rooting and installing a custom rom for cellular south hero

i have rooted and installed the fresh rom with gumbo on my sprin hero my wife has a cellular south hero and wants me to do the same for hers i was wondering if there was a simple guide to doing this the step by step guide for sprints hero was cool and easy to use if anyone can help thanks in advance

Buffalo...err Tatonka gave you a link on how to root it.. but if you flash a ROM to it that's made for a SPRINT Hero.. you could brick the phone.. her cell provider has their own ROM that they flashed in order for it to work with their network.. Fresh is made for Sprint..
