Default Deleting factory apps FAIL

Hello - I hope this is in the right place.

When I try to use guides to delete factory apps like Nascar, it tells me that uninstall failed, if I can even get to the terminal emulator.

Please give me a newbie's step-by-step guide to delete, assuming I don't know what adb is or how to access it, or any other rooting lingo.

I would appreciate it so much. I've done my research for 2 days now trying to help myself and have resorted to needing others' help.

Thank you very much

Use Titanium Backup to uninstall any app. I would highly recommend buying the application as well

As Andy mentioned, and also make sure you don't get uninstall happy, make sure of what apps you are uninstalling as some could cause instability issues.
