After update htc hero won't boot up

hi all
i connect my cell phone (htc hero) to net via wifi and download new rom
after complete request to restart and i restart phone but won't boot up

what should i do

First we need to know exactly what kind of a Hero you have,Android version, ROM , Network, What the update or ROM was about etc. If its the Sprint one dont read what I am writing under this!

If its the european GSM htc hero version. Which network are you on and which update was it ? Did it mention G-sensor? If so.

A nice user robogo did a guide here for this problem click here BUT read the whole thread first! Personally if you have it in warranty go go carrier repair. If it was done by the official OTA update.

Or it was a custom ROM? Or the 2.1? We need details
