Default Help with ADB/Terminal or Flashboot Method for MAC??

Hi Everyone...

I'm looking to flash some files using either the ADB/Terminal or Flashboot methods as described at this link (TWRP recovery site).

Can anyone help me how to do so on my MAC computer?? I don't think I have to flash the recovery that is there but was looking to understand better the ADB/Terminal and Flashboot methods.

THANKS!!

"Flashboot"...that's actually VERY funny. Looks like I have ZERO CLUE what I'm talking about but I'm actually fairly comfy with most of the rooting stuff! That's really funny what I wrote! Combination of new phone, HOURS or fooling around with it waaaaay after midnight and the kids home from school...weeEEEE!!!!

THANKS!!
