Default What phone to go with

I have a EVO now and will be due for an upgrade by mid summer so the question I have is what phone to go with for my next phone. I am looking at the Evo 3d or Google Nexus S 4g I like the 4.4 inch screen the Evo has however is going to a 4 inch going to make that much of a difference if I go with the Google phobe over the Evo 3d.

Evo3D will be phone of the year, easily. It's going to be really hard not to want one after it drops and the hype starts rolling in.

Evo 3d for sure here are some reasons:

Ive played with both and the EVO 3d feels better in the hand
Although 3d is a "gimmick" and probably won't last long its a better piece of hardware.

In a study by Computerworld HTC was found to support Android system upgrades better than any other OEM, Samsung not so much.
