Sprint..what a bunch of jerks
OK, I know I have been complaining about 3g speeds lately, but besides that I've always liked sprint. But what they did to my parents might be the final straw.
My dad had a heart attack 2 days ago (he's fine now,just in recovery). Well, the day before he had his heart attack him and my mom went into a sprint store to see if they could fix my moms phone, she has an evo shift. Well the phone was stuck in roaming, and would drop calls after 30secs. The sprint store took the phone apart, put in a new antenna...etc...Couldnt get it to work, so they had to order her a new phone.
Fast forward to yesterday, sprint calls her and tells her "We have your phone", My mom says "Ok,I will try to get there by the end of the week,but my husband just had a heart attack" Sprints response; (AND THIS IS EXACTLY WHAT THEY SAID)
"Well if you dont get in here by friday we are sending the phone back"
Are you kidding me?, how freaking insensitive.
So my mom said "well thats fine, we are going to cancel our service"..then they say "Oh its fine, we will just mail it to your house" then they hangup.
