Google Voicemail Long Delay

Hi All,
I'm having terrible delay with my voicemail through google voice. I get the notification saying I have a new message but it takes hours to transcribe it and if I try to play it before it's transcribed it fails to play, just shows the loading circle thing that they have (near the play button) and never plays.This is a big problem for me, any suggestions?

Turn transcribe off.
