Default ETF & Getting a good transferable ESN

Let's say you buy a nice new smartphone. Then after a few monrhs you find that network
enhancements fail to happen. So you go early termination.

If you pay the $350, then do you fully own that phone and get a good saleable ESN?

As far as I understand, yes. But you may want to confirm that with someone who knows 100%.
Oh yeah?! Well, my mom says I'm cool!

AFAIK, ESN only goes bad when reported stolen or lost.
I talk to corporate like a BAWSS!

DEVICE ► Nexus 5 / Nexus 7
