Default Sprint Relay

Hi everyone,

Basically I only use data on my phone currently I am on Metropcs. I like the service but there are a lot of places where I do not have signal. I see sprint has the relay for the deaf + people with impairments. Isn't it just possible for me to order a phone online and never have to speak to a Representative.

Basically for ~70(insurance + $10 4g charge) I can have a phone with unlimited data. That seems like a bargain. Is it possible to do?
