Default [ROM][Nightly] Stormy Nights

There will be no nighties for now until the next version of StormDroid is ready to begin testing.

Welcome to StormDroid Nightly. We are proud to announce that starting tomorrow, we will be producing a new build of StormDroid every day, much like CyanogenMod does now. We are hoping this will allow us to be able to gain more user feedback, and will allow us to expand our tester base, and release the next major version of Stormdroid bigger, badder, and stormier than ever before. You can find the changelog here, and report any bugs you find here. Leave comments in the section below as well.

Is it necessary to clear everything and start from scratch (clear cache and dalvic cache) if we want to load a newer version as in going from 10/13 to 10/16 nightly?

Dalvik2Cache is not working in 10-16, I will tinker with the source files after I wake up and try to get it working again. I also plan on adding some new tweaks to the ROM

Okay, some of you may think it's a dumb question, but I am sure someone could answer.

rcozzi, actually, unless noted in the nightly detaily, you are safe not wiping when updating between nightlies. Data, that is. always WIPE THE CACHE AND DALVIK.

Nightly 10/25
Replaced cm6 sms with GOsms
What is the general difference between the two?
Better question would be, Is there an issue with the existing sms that would create a need for the change?

The sms we had before (cm6) could not send or recieve mms. We replaced it with GO sms pro hoping to fix that, but GO sms hangs on contact selection I hear. I'm working on a cm6 mms fix.

Thats odd. Maybe GOsms has a library that I forgot to install.

EDIT:
It does have library files. Ima make a new nightly with it installed properly.

Thumbs up Init.d changes and dalvik2cache fix

Init.d changes and dalvik2cache fix

What did this entail? Example. What was wrong with the Dalvik2cache?

We used to have all the Init.d stuff in one file but we separated them into individual files.
