Browser use ? Wireless only?

I can only use my browser when connected wirelessly. Is that the way it is supposed to work? Is there a setting I might have wrong?
My phone, Ally, 2.2.2, Stormdroid 1.2 nightly 2.

Assuming you mean wifi only, is your phone activated?

I thought it was everything else worked. I talked to Verizon support and they suggested redoing the activate procedure and that solved the problem. I wasn't aware that procedure was still available for hacked phones. Thanks that is the solution.
