So I've read through the tweaktools website, and I used it to reinstall backup assistant, because for some reason, without backup assistant installed, my stock e-mail app won't work, and I thoroughly enjoy the stock e-mail app. I noticed some of the kernel tweaks too, and I wanted to check them out, so I enabled the Siyah one, along with a few of the other ones, and I cannot figure out how to configure or use them. I also made sure that /system was mounted using CWM, but it seems like when I enable them nothing happens. Are these kernel tweaks not compatible with the current version of tweaked? Also, a tutorial, or walkthrough on how exactly to use Tweaked 2.0 to its full capacity would be fantastic. You mention the features a lot on here, but I have yet to figure out how to use all of them. Unfortunately IRC does not support Ubuntu (either that or I'm doing something wrong.) and I cannot log in there, otherwise, I'd love to get on and learn all I can. My fingers are itchy... please help.

Question. I just updated to 2.1, and installed the ICS theme. It's awesome, but what is up with the swagger on/off switch?

so the button actually does nothing? because I have noticed my battery die much quicker when i have the "Swagger" toggle switch on, although I dont notice any visual enhancements or any changes that will make it run smoother. (stop freezing when you have cpu intensive apps running in the background).
I just want to say thank you to dwitherell and RHCP for the time invested in developing what they have i just have a few questions...
i would like to know what steps to take to install .apk files and .md5 files from tweaktools. i was able to install files when i was on tweaked 2.1 by first down loading them then manually installing the zip or .apk from CWM (recovery) or using the apk handler u use with either the es app or root explorer app. but now that i up graded to tweaked 2.4 and installed the ics theme i am unable to uninstall several items from tweaked tools . i received and error that caused me to believe the super user binary was out of date so i upgraded it and now im able to get my phone to use voltage control properly now. I am still having problems tring to get my screen shot app to install properly.
before up grading to tweaked2.4 i was able to use tweaked tools to download and install the app now its not working. i tried reflashing to rcph's kernal and re downloading super user but its a no go...
can anyone tell me how to install a .md5 file? or what im sopposed to do with it i just want to get my phone the way it was running before i unstalled the ics theme.

.. btw this is not my first phone i root im a long time reader first time poster

Was this suppose to be that way? Now first impressions......AWESOME!!! havent had time to play with it yet but i plan to overclock. Going to use voltage app i read about. Ill check back tomorrow and let you know how things are running. Thanks again.....

I must say first.....AWESOME!!! I was running 2.3.6 and rooted last night and wound up with 2.3.5. I thought this was a .6 ROM/kernel combo.....so did I do something wrong? Anyway I really like this. Having a issue reloading my contacts from Verizon though. I'm new to this but not a complete Moron about computers and such. Still playing with things but I'll check back to give you updates....love the screen lock and multiple options in the notification bar. Thanks again
