Hey all,
I am going to come into a posession of a samsung stratosphere, and i was wondering, if I can root it and flash it to a custom rom, is there anyway that i can use it on AT&t? I figure theres a way since it has a slot for a sim card

Sorry, but the Stratosphere is a CDMA/LTE only phone, it does not have the proper radios (hardware) to be used on AT&T's GSM network. It will only work on Verizon's network.
