There really isn't any way to support or develop for many of the Chinese no-name devices. We do have several forums for general questions, though. If you could indicate what specifically you are looking for, maybe we can find the right place to post.

Keep away from Chinese (not HTC) or other very low budget phones, they are irreparable!

HTC are actually Tiawanese. I didn't know this but Tiawan is part of the Peoples republic of China as opposed to the main China we are talking about here (Republic of China).

Anyway my point was going to be Huawei are a company from Republic of China that you needn't avoid.

Why do makers of samsung and iphone allow other people to clone their products? Isn't it illegal?

They don't allow it. It happens anyway. With varying laws, governments, and court systems, it can be impossible to stop.
