Default Need Huawei Ascend Y Root
Hey can you guys create a section for the Huawei Ascend Y please? Also, if any of you could come up with a root method for it a lot of people would greatly appreciate it.

Not aware of a root method for this device, but I'm sure the members of the root community will find one.

This should probably get moved to the new section you just created. There's a lot more out there regarding the Huawei Ascend Y (H866C) under the other Huawei phones section so you guys should probably check that out too. Lets get this thing rolling!

Hey do you guys know if there any devs that are currently working on a root method for the ascend y? I wanna get this thing up and going as fast as possible but I don't wanna rush anyone. I'm pretty savvy with phones and have some experience rooting but I have none whatsoever when it comes to developing roms, kernels, roots, etc. Let me know if there is anything I can do to help

Not sure if there's any root method for it yet. I'm pretty sure if there is one somebody will post the method in the ATR section.
If I see they have posted on in the ATR section and it works I can add it to the ATR Guide.
