Hi guys just wanted to give ya heads up about this phone coming out soon i was advised by another fellow guide member to suggest a proper subforum for it when i had more info about it. The phone has not been released yet but giving ya the heads up about it since we are currently expecting it soon. My source has informed me perhaps in another week or so. So what ill do is ill report back here to let u know exact launch date. Thanks again.

Well LW870 does not exist on LG's servers. No user manuals or anything.

Same version as us is always LW model numbers
Examples:
Optimus M (MetroPCS) MS690
Optimus C (Cricket) LW690
LG Motion 4G (MetroPCS) MS770
LG Optimistic Regard (Cricket) LW770
LG Spirit 4G (MetroPCS) MS870
Unknown phone (Cricket) LW870???

Whether it is the 870 that comes to cricket or not, any LG phone coming to cricket will have LW in front of the model number
If it isn't exactly the same phone as the Spirit that comes to Cricket, then the model number will be different, otherwise if the phone is the same as Metro's, it will be LW870.

I'm finding a quite a few saying they don't know the release date, but one person says maybe the latest would be the end of March. This was a comment from a video author on YouTube though and I'd take that with a shaker of salt. Looks like a pretty good phone though.

They shipped out on January 14th (according to LGs files) so it should be very soon

Rebate start on the 30 the release could be same day but not sure and yes me and mikey shared the official price a while back but to be honest I think LG just wanna compete with samsung but I know they won't be able to beat the galaxy s3 just too much about LG is limited and that's including bootloader

I just bought this phone from metro and I love it! Fast nice big screen, 5 gigs internal. Just REALLY hope someone gets the rooting down soon, can't stand the bloatware.
