How to get the automatic thread search?

I'm talking about this little function:

How would one add this to his forum?

Mine is running on 3.8.4, if that makes an incredible difference.

Also, I've never scrolled that far down to see this sections, so I had no idea they existed

Search (green bar, near top of every page), Advanced Search, then in the upper left of that tool, enter your search term and then select to search thread titles - that's a bit closer than just search, and similar to what the new thread search is doing.

I'm wondering how I can add this auto-search when you type a thread title to my own site/forum that's running vBulliten 3.8.4

This should work for your forum: [Ajax] Check for similar thread before posting a new one - vBulletin.org Forum

Note, it is NOT supported. So, if you have trouble you can't debug you can post but it would be peer to peer support only. I could probably help, too.
