Exclamation No files on internal SdCard. Stuck on boot

i have a Galaxy S3 i747 att. it is rooted. i wanted to clean files so i formated my internal sd card on CWM. Now im stuck on the boot screen. i can access CWM but it says no files in internal SdCard. Odin picks my phone up and i tryd re rooting my phone. i have access to my Micro SdCArd on CWm.. Please help. What do i do?

Welcome to Android Forums!

If you've formatted your internal SD card, you erased your ROM (like formatting C: on a DOS/Windows machine)

You can flash a ROM through CWM (from the external SD card) or Odin at this point.
