Default Galaxy s4 and TWRP

You guy's ever see this problem before ?

I'm running Gummy ROM and love it. I customized it to the gills.

I've used TWRP for months and it works great. Now for some reason when I try to backup (nandroid) TWRP to my 64GB card it say's it's backing up and gives the stats and everything yet it is not on the card? If I do it to the built-in 9gb it works ok. I was running v2.6.3.0 so I updated to 2.6.3.1 and same things so I put the newest one 2.7.0.0 and now it makes the TWRP directory on the 64GB card but it's empty ?? I know I'm selected the card right as I used to do it all the time in the past and no problems. I have 54GB free. anybody seen this issue. I'm on the Galaxy s4 i337M Telcel. Thanks .....
