Default Can i flash a 4.4 rom on my rooted at&t mk2 s4 4.3?

am really confused, I got a mk2 rooted s4 witch is 4.3.
My question is can I flash a 4.4 rom?

That's exactly what the update does - it flashes 4.4 over 4.3.

no. once you are on nb1 you will lose root. there is a greeat guide over on xda that will get you to nb1 and be rooted... have a search
