Default O2 pay as you go settings for G1 UK

After alot of messing around, i finally got it working, nowhere does it say change MNC to 10, but i tried it and whehey.

Must buy the 10 web and wifi bolt only!

So pay as you go settings for the G1 as follows.

APN: payandgo.o2.co.uk
Username: vertigo
Password: password
MCC: 234
MNC: 10

With text anytime you also get 300 texts free, or more if you top up more. Theres also a promotion on and you get 5 a month free credit on top (for 6 months), and an extra 10% I got 16.50 for topping up 10 and wifi free access to all cloud and BT zones. Im welll happy

Free sim cards here.

The 5 package from 3 wouldn't work me at all, only there mobile broadband package for 10. Even then whenit lost 3g reception, the data connection refused to work until i restarted the phone. Also theres no free calls or texts included on 3, and the call centres arent in England. I had never seen the edge conection until just, o2 is working beautifully.

Oh and o2 data allowance is unlimited.

  1. The O2 Web and Wi-Fi Bolt On allows you unlimited use of O2 UK's Edge, GPRS, 3G and HSDPA networks, The Cloud's UK Wireless LAN network and the BT Openzone UK Wireless LAN network, for personal internet use and email on your iPhone only. All usage must be for your private, personal and non-commercial purposes.
You may not use your SIM Card in any other device or use your SIM Card or iPhone to allow the continuous streaming of any audio / video content, enable P2P or file sharing or use them in such a way that adversely impacts the service to other O2 customers. If O2 reasonably suspect you are not acting in accordance with this policy O2 reserves the right to impose further charges or disconnect your tariff at any time, having attempted to contact you first.
This is what you get free on the different tariffs

Thats what I love about T-Mobile, so far I have spoken to a nice sounding Welsh lady, a scouser, a geordie and a London lad.

Yep its so much more efficient isn't it. Im not very good at understanding no native accents. However, support calls from tmobile uk were sometimes non native sounding accents, but they were alot more informed, maybe they were british citizens.

The tmobile network was good too, but at 2.50 per 5 days data access, its just too expensive for me, and gain nor free stuff.

I might change to o2 cos am having problems with three.
How much do you spend in a month on data, text and calls in total?
And do you have to pay separately for calls/text and data?
