For those getting the 'Yellow Triangle' when applying OTA from T-Mobile

I had this and found the solution within the forum of the T-Mobile UK web site.

Flash your G2/Hero from the latest version for T-Mobile from the HTC UK support web site. Do this even if you are on that version already. After flashing and the phone is booting up it will grab the update and install just fine. When it's worked your build number will be 2.73.110.91

Make sure you have the latest version of HTC Sync too.

Do you think the next update will wipe out data on the phone? also, what exactly has changed with youtube on this maintenance update?

The next update should not wipe your phone but you will have to set up HTC Sense again as any custom scenes do get wiped.

Patience, thats how you get it. Appeared once I'd started to re-install stuff wiped from last install. Now lets see what it does.
