alarm not working properly

Hi everyone,

When i set my alarm to wake me up in the morning, it only vibrates and does not make any noise...i have been late to work a few times as a result.

I've played around with all the sound settings, but still it has not resolved the problem.

Any help would be appreciated.

Go into the select alarm tone menu and turn the volume up while in there.
