i put a lock on my phone and someone tried it to many times and now it is asking for my google email address and password but the problem is i cant remember what username i used when i got the phone. ive tried to contact google but only get a voice recorded person speaking i also rang t mobile and they cant help me what should i do?

you need to perform a factory reset, or there might be an option around the lockscreen to wipe all data
