Default Android 2.1 questions

Hi, i'm considering getting a Hero/G2 and I had some questions about the upcoming software [as it has already been leaked].

1. What new widgets are there avaliable that were unavaliable from the 1.5 update?

2.What weather animations does the weather widget use [eg. rain drops on screen, clouds drifting along, etc]

I too am interested as to what new widgets are available in 2.1 and how the weather widget works {also if it's been improved}. So if anyone has had a play with the 2.1 ROM maybe you can answer our questions?

I'm going to wait for the official 2.1 ROM.

The weather widget is already animated in the 1.5 ROM. Yes, it has raindrops.

The T-Mobile G2 Touch is simply the HTC Hero with an identity crisis. Eager to follow in the footsteps of the G1 name, T-Mobile UK simply rebranded the HTC Hero as the T-Mobile G2 Touch. Interestingly enough, they initially officially tweeted that ... Read More
