Well i've read up Hero will be getting 2.1, so will we?

Yes the G2 is essential identical to the Hero, it is just re-branded for T-Mobile. Trouble is that the last update HTC put out, T-Mobile took forever to release their version, so we may have to wait a while unfortunately

Now i can see while iPhones are appealing, at least they are kept together.

I will stick with Android though, but damn this does get annoying, still annoyed the Hero doesn't have even a small flash on it, i swear i read it did before i got it, gah!!

The hero does have flash, but it's not full flash. This is coming soon though :-)
