In Mac OS X Address Book, export your contacts via File/Export/Export vCard. Make sure that no contacts are selected when you do this, so it will export all of them. Save the file to your desktop. Then go into Google Contacts at https://www.google.com/contacts. Click on the Export link at the top right of the window. Select "Choose File", then choose the Address Book vCard file. Then it'll import them all. It does a pretty good job of matching up fields, but you might have to do a bit of cleaning up to get them just right.
