A couple issues, stumped. . .
I bought a G2 from eBay a couple weeks ago, knowing it had a broke hinge. That doesn't concern me phone is still operable and usable.
Issue 1- Phone speaker is very sketchy, I have to use it mainly on speaker phone because the phone speaker is hard to hear most of the time. It gets extremely low to where you can barely hear it and then it will jump up to normal tone and work fine if you wiggle or mess with it. The hinge is broke on the earphone speaker end near the ribbon. Any ideas?
Issue 2- Installed and did the trackpad wake, it was unsuccessful I couldn't get it to work. After I attempted that I updated the ROM manager and since then the phone constantly boots in recovery mode? If it dies or I turn it off and it boots back up it starts with the ROM manager and I click on reboot.
I have no idea if these two issues are related but that is when the issues started. Also is there anyway to remove the install? It was put on the phone using GScriptlite.
Thanks and happy hacking
