Sometimes when I pay for an APP through the marketplace it will accept the payment but not download. It will stay stuck on the screen where it says "Authorizing purchase" but the purchase had already went through. I can download paid apps for free. I also use Applanet but they dont have some of the paid apps I want. Anyone else have this problem?

Have you tried clearing the google play store cache? (Under Manage Apps, select All, scroll to Google Play, then Clear Cache) (Also try clearing Data.)
