Default Where can I download new kernel?

I just rooted my phone, flashed a new rom and I'd like to install a new kernel but the thing is that I cannot find kernel on google. Just unable to i don't know why.

I need a new kernel for ICS. I'd like something that saves you battery.

I'd like to know any suggestions or where are you finding your kernels.

Thank you!

I would start looking in the thread where you found your custom ROM. Kernals can be ROM specific (Touchwiz/AOKP/AOSP based), so you want to be sure it is compatible. Many users make suggestions on their personal setup and what kernal they're using.

I usually find my ROMs and such over on XDA. Ktoonsez is a pro and is good at what he does. Please be sure you are confident in what you're doing before flashing, though.
