Thumbs up mobile hotspot help for s4 tmobile

Hi everyone, this is my first thread in a very long time and I hope I'm posting in the right section, I currently own a samsung galaxy s4 tmobile with a tmobile contract with unlimited 4glte and 500mb of hotspot data. Now I'm looking for a app that I can use to to convert my 4glte into wifi for my laptop WITHOUT using my tmobile 500mb mobile hotspot data. I looked into pdanet+ and tried using it with the USB tethering but it still shows an increase in my 500mb tmobile hotspot data usage, is there a specific way to use this app and if not then is there an app that I can use to successfully tether my 4glte into internet connection for my laptop without tmobile charging me for it?? If it requires a root then I'm willing to do so. THANK YOU GUYS IN ADVANCE

When TMobile sees you running a device that's not your phone, your hotspot allowance gets hit. You could do what you want if you could write a laptop that looks (signal-wise) like your phone. (Then you could turn Chevys into bananas and elephants into chocolate bars.)

I got it to work, yes it uses your concept of my laptop acting like my phone whereas it uses directly the 4glte connection via USB
