My MT3G powers off WHENEVER! If I accidently bang it on the table, if I lay it flat very softly, even if I sneeze (LOL...not really)! This is driving me nuts! I've tried looking online for a solution, but apparently no one else has had this problem??? OH and...the phone has full battery life!
Not to mention, my phone is SUPER slow! I don't run a lot of apps, and I have the ATK (task killer).
Come on MYTOUCH, I thought you were the shiznik!!!

Try a factory reset. If the problem persists, it is because there is a short in the circuits, which is shorting out when you apply too much physical pressure to the phone. The phone then shuts itself off to prevent any major damage.
