who has one? and how do you like it? im thinking of getting one since my battery seems to be dieng more and more as i look at it. know of any good deals? i would like something that gives me atleast dble of what it is now without being overly large.
saw one in the store and it adds too much in length to the phone, for my tastes - as it is without, the phone is comfortable to drop in my pocket - with it it would be a pain to get out

I think I read that it only gives you 50% more. I started turning my phone off when charging at night and it helped me get more time out of my phone. I took my phone off charger at 0530 and when I put it back onthe charger at 2130 I still had 25% left. That's with light to average use. I do keep a charger at the office just in case I use it a lot but so far it's been more than fine for my needs. Still, nice to have that battery for emergencies.

Good idea. I'm always afraid of running out of juice in the middle of the day. Not likely to happen given my habits but I always like to be prepared. I may get an extra battery too.

I work at night, and have a lot of downtime. I use the HELL out of the thing on my work days. lol
Spare batteries are plentiful and cheap on Ebay, even if you avoid the Hong Kong sellers.
Kinda pricey, but I have used batteries from this company for every BlackBerry I have owned, but I'm up in the air about which battery to get when I get my myTouch. I may end up with both anyway LOL seidioonline.com

I'll link you to the store I bought my battery and dock from when I get home in the mornining, although I kinda think they order the stuff from Hong Kong themselves.
i haven't used my charger since i got it - not even once
mine charges from the USB cable when connected to my laptop and in evenings, i use the mt3g as modem for the laptop - laptop stays plugged in behind the couch, so battery there isn't being run down, but in a couple hours my phone is back to full charge
would expect same results from desktop computer which means just keeping a usb to mini-usb cable at office to keep charge up to full
