Default Exchange Server 2003

I have read that I can get exchange server email on the MY Touch, but is there an app. that can allow me to utilize my contacts and calendar?

I use an app called Touchdown by nitrodesk. You can try it free for 5 days, and then still use it with limited functionality after that.
