Confused Market...anyone else having trouble

I finally got my slide unlocked to ATT and have been using it a few days now, today I am having trouble accessing the market (and I am on wifi) ...

Anyone else having issues?

have trouble downloading wich ever... anything... even paid app
on official Rogers rom non rooted (100% legit)
