Question Pre-installed Apps not showing after Pulse 2.1 update

I've updated my t-mobile Pulse from Android 1.5 to 2.1 and all in all I'm happy with it but one thing I've noticed is that pre-installed apps are no longer showing in the "settings" - "applications" - "manage applications" menu. (the apps still show in the main menu obviously.)

This bothers me because I used to clear the data from the pre-installed apps for security/privacy and also it helped save precious space.

Just wondering if anyone knows a way round this?

Thank you

Oh I feel like such a plank....

Discovered that if I hit the "menu" button then "filter" I can set it to show all apps.

Still, this might help others with the same problem.

how do you upgrade your Android os? What benefits do you get with 2.1 over the 1.5? Just wondering if I should be upgrading my pulse -is it worth the trouble?

It's easy enough to do, says how on the t-mobile website.
The main difference is in appearance and I guess some apps that didn't support 1.5 will work with 2.1. Battery life is better though still not great.
