I purchased the SIM for Monthly 4G from T-Mo website and activated the $30 from T-Mo website. No need to visit Walmart.

I just did it all at Walmart. Bought the phone there, took it home and activated it on line. Total time was about 30 minutes, if that much.

Yes you can use a debit card online he meant you can use a debit card or credit card or whatever online or in store, but you can obviously only use cash at a tmobile store.

Yes you can no account necessary. Just type in your number and credit card info. You'll get payment confirmation by sms within seconds after payment.

You can use CC or debit at both the T-Mobile online website and at their physical walk-in stores.

You cannot get this special web only deal though at a physical T-Mobile store.
