Default how to update custom rom?

http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2253527
was using an older version of the above rom w/ 4.2. do I just wipe everything then flash the new update?

also is there a way to remove the ATT bloatware?

Cleanrom 6 is excellent .. their's an Aroma installer you can remove all the AT&T stuff during install... Great Choice !! And yes a full wipe (not SDcard) is recommended moving to the 4.3 roms
