Default HTC Desire/Legend

It's been rumored that both the desire and legend have At&t 3g bands. Do you think that this will be the HTC phone promised by AT&T?

I'm hoping for the Desire...but to be honest, neither have a US release date and with 1Q so close to being done, I think its odd that AT&T hasn't given any news considering all the news that has come out in the past day or so.

Well, at least if the Desire can use those bands, then if you buy an unlocked one and drop an AT&T SIM card in there, it should work, right?

Depending on where it is from, yes that is an option I will consider. As long as I can get it from a retailer of some sort its pretty much a done deal. I'm just so eager to dump my BB Bold.
